About Us

Founded in 1982 by Ken & Ann Kingon, this family owned and operated firm has established itself as a quality, custom home builder in Southwest Florida. Ken Kingon Jr., has helped grow the company over the past 25 years and is now President. He is a state certified building contractor and licensed Real Estate agent. Carrie, Ken Jr.’s wife, joined Kingon Homes as Vice President of Sales in August of 1998. Ann Kingon founded Southern Showcase in 2001 and has established her firm as one of the top design firms in the area. Today the firm offers a design team approach to the public, creating exciting and comfortable home environments.

Kitchen Renovation

"We hired Kingon Homes to renovate the interior of our house. They spent many hours working on design plans with us and giving us options to cut costs. The kitchen required moving a wall and lowering a part of the ceiling. A wall was also built in our foyer to create a closet. They designed a built in for our tv room using stone and floating cabinets. They were able to save us a lot of money in our kitchen renovation using the extra floor tile we had from the original owner and buying new tile to accent, instead of using new tile throughout the kitchen. We are very happy with the quality of work.
